Hi, I’m Vas.

I’ve spent over seven years in digital advertising. I’ve been on the buy side at EssenceMediaCom (GroupM), on the sell side at Sportradar where I led an inside sales team, and before that I led a sales team on the Meta project for small and medium businesses.

Now I’m moving into cybersecurity. I’m studying for CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701), and I’ve found that the best way to really understand something like a protocol is to explain it as if to a ten-year-old, then draw it.

This site is where those explanations live. It’s for anyone who is switching into security mid-career, especially from sales, marketing, account management or other commercial roles, and wants to understand the technology well enough to have real conversations with engineers and buyers.
